Returns and Exchanges
1. Return Policy
- Customers may return products within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A receipt or invoice must be presented as proof of purchase.
2. Exceptions
- Products that cannot be returned:
- Personalized items.
- Unsealed or used products.
- Promotional items (unless defective).
3. Product Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible for products of the same or higher value. If the product is more expensive, the customer pays the difference.
- Exchanges can be made within 14 days while the product is in stock.
4. Return/Exchange Process
- Contact us via email – info@naratruffles.bg, phone – 0878 448 423 or via our contact form to request a return or exchange.
- Send the product to the following address: Shumen, Georgi S. Rakovski St. 25 or visit our nearest store.
- Once the returned product is approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 days, via:
- Bank transfer.
- Refund to your card.
- Exchange for another product.
5. Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective).
- The amount will be refunded only via the original payment method.
