We primarily ship our products via the courier companies Econt and Speedy. Under certain conditions, we can use a courier of your choice. You can use the “preview” option.
We primarily work with Econt and Speedy, with whom we have contracts and who offer a percentage discount on all shipments. The delivery cost is determined by weight, depending on the destination and the amount of the cash-on-delivery payment (this is determined by the courier company).
If you prefer, you can choose a shipping company other than Econt and Speedy; when placing your order, you can specify the courier company of your choice.
Shipping for all our orders is at the recipient’s expense.
DELIVERY IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS OVER 100 BGN FROM THE ONLINE STORE!
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – payment to the courier upon receipt of the goods
- By bank transfer – transfer the amount to a bank account and send a scanned payment receipt to the email in advance / before shipment /.
One of our employees will contact you for confirmation and delivery details within one business day. Orders placed on the website are processed Monday through Friday until 3:00 PM. Orders received after this time are processed on the next business day.
In exceptional circumstances, the company “Nara Truffles” reserves the right to extend the delivery time after informing the customer of the reasons.
