Ingredients:
- Pasta (spaghetti, tagliatelle, fettuccine)
- Olive oil or butter
- Garlic, finely chopped
- Sliced summer truffle
- Grated Parmesan
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil or butter and sauté the garlic until golden.
- Add the chopped truffle and sauté briefly.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve.
